Any exclusions that have not already expired will be expiring December 31st, 2020 as of right now. With a new administration change to happen in January, there’s no telling what happens over the next few months. It’s possible the exclusions could be renewed, or hoping for the best, that the Section 301 duties are nixed all together. Hang in there!
