As per the Federal Register, the US Trade Rep is reinstating exclusions for some tariffs from the China 301 duties. You’ll want to check the list as some items are product specific and some may be general. You can check those out at this link here. They are grouped by the China tariff/list number (9903.88.01,9903.88.02,etc) and then numerically by HTS. The easiest way is to hit ctrl+F to see if your 10 digit tariff number made the cut.
The exclusions are only for entries beginning 10/12/2021 and going forward, so they are not retroactive to when the tariffs expired at end of 2019.
